Amidst the hustle and bustle of goal pursuit, it's crucial to prioritize activities that bring you joy.

It’s not about working harder or putting in dreadful hours on end.

That’s the fast track to burnout.

Carve out time for things that light you up even if you don’t think you have time.

Say hello to the Pomodoro Technique, a time management strategy that optimizes your focus and productivity. 

When you are feeling recharged by creativity, a great way to manage your time is by breaking your work into manageable intervals.

Typically 25 minutes of intense focus followed by a short break, you create a rhythm that maximizes your efficiency. 

You can do 2-4 rounds of 25 minutes of deep focus followed by 5 minutes of pure rest.

After 2-4 rounds, you can go for a walk, exercise or take a longer break to recharge. 

This is a great way to get your most important tasks done.

Amidst a sea of tasks and responsibilities, I created the Tranquil Triumph Technique to feel less stressed as you prioritize your day.

This technique has a few steps in order to optimize it.

First, put a timer on for 10 minutes and list out all of the things on the top of your head that you need to complete.

Then, start to prioritize these by writing down when these tasks need to get done.

Once you get a feel for priority, start to schedule in the highest priority tasks into your week… putting them in spots that you would have the most energy.

Only give yourself one big task a day.

After you complete this task, you can move on to smaller tasks, but the goal is that you commit yourself to one thing a day.

This builds trust with yourself and you have tangible evidence that you’re moving toward your goals.

By focusing your energy on this pivotal task, you'll experience a sense of tranquility and triumph as you make meaningful progress.
